‘Mysteries in the museum’

  • suitable for students from 1th to 7th grade;
  • held at all sites.available in all permanent exhibitions of the museum.

After touring the museum, the students are grouped into teams of two to five children. The task is to practice their knowledge and observation skills by answering questions from a worksheet. The variations of this game are tailored to the age of the participants. The format of the activity allows for focusing on a specific historical figure or event.

‘Discover, Read, Arrange’

  • suitable for students from 8th to 12th grade;
  • available in all permanent exhibitions of the museum.

After the guided talk, students reinforce their newly gained knowledge through a game-based activity. By finding and assembling textual fragments, they begin a museum adventure that helps them explore the exhibitions and consolidate what they have learned.

‘Find and Assemle the Puzzle’

  • suitable for students from 1th to 4th grade;
  • available in all permanent exhibitions of the museum.

In this activity, an image related to the themes of the exhibitions is used. The children work in groups of two.

‘Words and Messages’

  • suitable for students from 5th to 12th grade;
  • available in all permanent exhibitions of the museum.

The game is developed using materials from the exhibitions, including fables from the tables of Hristo G. Danov, letters from Nayden Gerov, excerpts from the Borba newspaper and others.
